      • Meals that are prepared fresh, from scratch, using nutritious cooking practices such as braising, broiling, roasting, steaming, and poaching. Served along with foods, bowls, salads and sandwiches that are prepared daily and conveniently packed to go.
      • Ask the chef how today’s soup was prepared and what ingredients were used. All our soups are always scratch-made here in our kitchen.
